With a playoff win on the line, Vigor rose to the challenge on Friday. They took down the Central of Clay County Volunteers 14-0. Winning may never get old, but the Wolves sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Vigor's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sammy Dunn led the charge by rushing for 145 yards while picking up 9.1 yards per carry, and also throwing for 104 yards and one TD. Those 145 rushing yards gave Dunn a new career-high. Demetris Johnson also helped out as he racked up 114 rushing yards.

Vigor's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Central of Clay County, they moved to 11-2 with that loss, which also ended their ten-game winning streak.
