Soccer Recap: Howell Comes Up Short

Howell and Glenn pushed the score to 9-3 the last time they played Glenn, but on Wednesday defenses reigned supreme. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Rockets who were credited with the victory. Howell were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Glenn apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2017.

This is the second loss in a row for Howell and nudges their season record down to 1-13-2. As for Glenn, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-9-2.

Coming up, Howell will welcome Lakeland at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Glenn, they will take on Kettering at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
