            Softball Recap: Fort White Indians vs. Chiefland Indians        
        
		
        
        
            
 There's no place like home for Fort White, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road  two weeks ago. They came out on top against the Chiefland Indians on Thursday by a score of  5-1 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). That's more bragging rights for Fort White, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 The team  relied heavily on  Morgan Kelly, who  scored a  run and  stole three bases while going 1-for-3.
 Fort White's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Chiefland, their loss  ended  a  four-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 5-8.
 Fort White will head out on the road to  face off against  Trenton at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Chiefland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Williston at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Williston's pitching crew has only allowed 4.1  runs per game  this season, so Chiefland's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
