Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Mason Hicks stepped things up a notch to give Compass Academy the 'W'. Hicks threw for 98 yards and three TDs while completing 87.5% of his passes. The effort marked the most passing touchdowns he has had since back in August.

Hicks and Compass Academy will face off against Anthony at 12:00 p.m. on November 1. The Cougars got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Wildcats thanks in part to Hicks: he threw for 176 yards and one touchdown, and also punched in one score on the ground.
