The Edmonds-Woodway Warriors will head out on the road to face off against the Puyallup Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Saturday, Edmonds-Woodway was able to grind out a solid win over Lincoln, taking the game 6-2.

Declan Crawford looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Andreas Simonsen was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Bau, who went 2-for-3 with one triple and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Puyallup got themselves on the board against Kennedy Catholic on Tuesday, but Kennedy Catholic never followed suit. They skirted past the Lancers 1-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Puyallup saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Riley Sanoy, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits Sanoy has posted since back in April of 2024.

Edmonds-Woodway's record is now 2-0. As for Puyallup, their record now sits at 3-1.
