Basketball Game Preview: Eldorado Eagles vs. Webber Trojans + How To Watch

The Eldorado Eagles will head out on the road to square off against the Webber Trojans at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Eldorado picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They snuck past Meridian with a 51-47 victory.

Eldorado got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Drayson Grathler out in front who posted 15 points and eight boards. Those eight rebounds gave Grathler a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jordan Jones, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 12 boards.

Eldorado smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Meridian only pulled down nine.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Webber). They enjoyed a cozy 86-70 victory over St. Elmo/Brownstown on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

Eldorado's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Webber, their record now sits at 3-1.

Things could have been worse for Eldorado, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 63-44 loss to Webber in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
