Basketball Recap: Bunker Hill Comes Up Short

Bunker Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They were outmatched by the Mt. Olive Wildcats and fell 47-19. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Minutemen have suffered against the Wildcats since November 28, 2016.

Bunker Hill's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Mt. Olive, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.

Bunker Hill has already played their next matchup (against Maryville Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Mt. Olive will challenge Southwestern at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Mt. Olive is facing Southwestern at the right time seeing as Southwestern is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
