They suffered a rough 15-0 defeat at the hands of the Principia Panthers on Friday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Gateway Science Academy in their matchups with Principia: they've now lost three in a row.
For Principia's part, Garrett Kelley made a splash while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. Kelley was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
