Fremont faced Woods Cross in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Silverwolves fell 3-1 to the Wildcats. The Silverwolves' defeat signaled the end of their 12-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Fremont still got an impressive performance from Daphnie Moyes, who had eight digs and two aces.

Fremont's loss dropped their record down to 22-2. As for Woods Cross, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 22-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fremont will challenge Bonneville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woods Cross, they will square off against Brighton at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
