Soccer Game Preview: Dayton vs. Kingwood Park

Dayton is 0-8 against Kingwood Park since March of 2018 but things could change on Tuesday. The Dayton Broncos will welcome the Kingwood Park Panthers at 7:30 p.m.

Friday just wasn't the day for Dayton's offense. They fell just short of Splendora by a score of 1-0 on Friday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Broncos haven't been shut out since back in January.

Meanwhile, on SaturdayWest Fork kept up with Kingwood Park until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. Kingwood Park never let West Fork get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. Considering the Panthers have won eight games by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Kingwood Park and bumps their season record up to 15-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those two matchups. As for Dayton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.
