Softball Recap: Frontier Titans vs. Lemoore Tigers
Frontier won the last time they faced Lemoore and things went their way on Wednesday too. Everything went the Frontier Titans' way against the Lemoore Tigers as the Frontier Titans made off with a 9-2 win. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by six runs or more this season.
Baden Conley made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits (and only one walk). Conley was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-2.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ryleigh Garcia, who went 3-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Charley Hawkins was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
