Volleyball Recap: Richwoods Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Richwoods was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dunlap Eagles. The Knights were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-11.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dunlap to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tessa Arnott, who had six kills, five digs, and two aces. That's the most digs Arnott has posted since back in October of 2024. Another player making a difference was Rebecca Lopez, who had seven digs and five kills.

Richwoods' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Dunlap, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Richwoods has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Morton on the 4th. As for Dunlap, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Pleasant Plains on the 5th.
