Soccer Game Preview: Viewmont vs. Northridge

The Viewmont Vikings will challenge the Northridge Knights at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Viewmont will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Northridge better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Viewmont's game on Saturday is any indication, that's when Viewmont really gets things going. Everything went the Vikings' way against Woods Cross as they made off with a 4-1 win. Viewmont might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Northridge came up short against Roy on Thursday and fell 3-1.

Viewmont pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those three games. As for Northridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
