Basketball Recap: Essex Takes a Loss

Essex lost against Sidney back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Essex Trojans were beaten by the Sidney Cowboys 65-24. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Essex's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Sidney, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-4.

Essex didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-23 defeat against Orient-Macksburg on the 16th. Sidney has also already played their next game, a 52-48 win against Bedford on the 17th.
