They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 victory over the Round Mountain Knights. The win was nothing new for Pahranagat Valley as they're now sitting on eight straight.
Hadee Walch made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing seven innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off six hits. Walch has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than seven innings in five consecutive pitching appearances. Walch was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.
