After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia, Barry Western was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Mendon Unity Mustangs as they made off with a 13-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won eight matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Barry Western is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Mendon Unity, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-15 record this season.

Barry Western will welcome Rushville-Industry at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mendon Unity, they will take on Bushnell-Prairie City at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
