Softball Recap: Cheboygan Takes a Loss

Cheboygan lost against St. Francis back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Chiefs lost 8-2 to the Gladiators.

Cheboygan's loss was their ninth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-11. As for St. Francis, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cheboygan will venture away from home to take on Gladstone at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The Braves will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Chiefs surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Francis, they will head out to face off against Traverse City West at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
