Basketball Game Preview: Surrey Mustangs vs. Bishop Ryan Lions

Having just played yesterday, the Surrey Mustangs will jump right back in to play the Bishop Ryan Lions at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Thursday, Surrey ended up a good deal behind Our Redeemer's Christian and lost 49-34. The contest marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, Bishop Ryan earned a 47-38 victory over Drake/Anamoose on Tuesday. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Bishop Ryan's victory bumped their record up to 9-14. As for Surrey, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-6.

Surrey didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Bishop Ryan in their previous matchup last Monday, but they still walked away with a 49-45 win. Does Surrey have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bishop Ryan turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
