With a playoff win on the line, Martins Mill rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the Goldthwaite Eagles, posting a 67-33 victory. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 26 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Ryder Marsh was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double with 18 points and nine rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last 14 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Archer Schneider, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 19 points and six boards.

The win was the 17th in a row for Martins Mill, bringing their record for this year to 35-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 35.2 points. As for Goldthwaite, they moved to 26-7 with that loss, which also ended their 17-game winning streak.

Coming up, Martins Mill will face off against Lipan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Lipan's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 14 games. Goldthwaite does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
