Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ketron Paschall and Qualyn Clopton Lead Fort Wayne Snider to Victory

Fort Wayne Snider lost to New Haven back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Fort Wayne Snider Panthers walked away with a 63-56 victory over the New Haven Bulldogs.

Fort Wayne Snider was led to victory by Qualyn Clopton and Ketron Paschall. Clopton dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten boards, while Paschall went 8 of 12 on his way to 18 points in addition to six rebounds and five blocks. That's the most blocks Paschall has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Trell Hogue, who went 5 of 12 on his way to 13 points and eight rebounds.

When it comes to explaining why New Haven lost, don't look at Jadrien Ezell. Despite the final result, he went 8 of 14 on his way to 19 points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jamal Lawrence, who posted seven points.

The win got Fort Wayne Snider back to even at 5-5. As for New Haven, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

Fort Wayne Snider didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 75-49 victory against Fort Wayne Northrop on the 10th. As for New Haven, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 59-40 win against DeKalb on the 11th.
