Basketball Recap: North Branch Takes a Loss

North Branch lost against Rocori back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The North Branch Vikings fell 67-54 to the Rocori Spartans.

North Branch's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Rocori, they pushed their record up to 3-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

North Branch and Rocori could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Minnesota Rankings. North Branch (ranked 323rd) will meet Hibbing (ranked 126th) at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Similarly, Rocori will take on Alexandria at 7:15 p.m. on Friday down 230 places (290 vs. 60).
