Volleyball Game Preview: Madison Cubs vs. New Albany Bulldogs

The Madison Cubs will venture away from home to challenge the New Albany Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Madison is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

Madison's tournament run continued when they took on Warren Central on Saturday. The Cubs came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 2-0.

Meanwhile, New Albany got the win against Jennings County on Monday by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

One reason for the win was New Albany's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-15, 25-14.

Madison's record now sits at 8-6. As for New Albany, their record is now 4-6.

Madison beat New Albany 3-1 in their previous meeting last Monday. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cubs since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
