Volleyball Recap: Decatur Victorious

Decatur's tournament run continued when they took on Vestavia Hills on Saturday. The Red Raiders came out on top against the Rebels by a score of 2-0.

Caroline Coulter paced Decatur's offense, picking up 12 kills. Coulter got some help from Riley Chism and her 12 assists. Harper Douglas controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Decatur's win bumped their record up to 11-16. As for Vestavia Hills, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-6.

Decatur wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Bob Jones on the 20th. As for Vestavia Hills, they will face off against Huntsville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
