Soccer Recap: Miramonte Takes a Loss

Miramonte managed to keep up with Campolindo until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Miramonte Matadors came up short against the Campolindo Cougars, falling 5-0. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, the Matadors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Having lost for the first time this season, Miramonte fell to 2-1-2. As for Campolindo, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Miramonte has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Alhambra on the 9th. As for Campolindo, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Bishop O'Dowd on the 11th.
