Volleyball Game Preview: Cumberland Beavers vs. Cameron Comets

The Cumberland Beavers will square off against the Cameron Comets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cumberland has now lost 13 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since September 6.

Cumberland came up short against Northwestern on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Cumberland couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Northwestern a tough time in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 52-12, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Cameron suffered their biggest defeat since September 18th on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Unity. The loss continues a trend for the Comets in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

While Cameron ultimately came up short, they really made Unity work, particularly in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-21, 25-16.

Cameron's defeat dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Cumberland, their loss dropped their record down to 4-23.
