Baseball Game Preview: Morris County Tech Devils vs. Boonton Bombers

For the second straight game, Morris County Tech will face off against Boonton. The Devils will be playing at home against the Bombers at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

While Morris County Tech didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They put the hurt on Boonton with a sharp 12-2 victory on Monday. Considering the Devils have won four games by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Morris County Tech is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Boonton, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.
