The win was the fifth in a row for Crystal Lake South, bringing their record up to 6-2-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those five matchups. As for Central, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-3-1 record.
