Volleyball Recap: Foothills Christian Comes Up Short

If Foothills Christian was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Liberty Charter last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Foothills Christian came up short against Bishop on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Foothills Christian of the 2-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Foothills Christian has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record this season. As for Bishop's, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 13-8.

Looking ahead, Foothills Christian will square off against Helix at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bishop's, they will be playing at home against Classical Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Caimans will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight.
