Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Elizabethton). They blew past the Hampton Bulldogs 22-6 on Tuesday. The victory continues a trend for the Fighting Cyclones in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won six in a row.

Elizabethton's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Hampton, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Elizabethton will venture away from home to face off against Unaka at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hampton, they will head out on the road to challenge Cloudland at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
