It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hialeah Gardens can now relate to. They fell just short of the Cypress Bay Lightning by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The Gladiators' defeat signaled the end of their ten-game winning streak.

Hialeah Gardens' loss dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Cypress Bay, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-7 record this season.
