Palestine hadn't done well against Hudson recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Wildcats skirted past the Hornets 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Hornets last Tuesday, they had to take a 7-2 defeat.

Palestine has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That lines up perfectly with their 19-6-1 record this season. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.33 runs across that stretch. As for Hudson, their loss dropped their record down to 11-11-1.

Coming up, Palestine is taking a road trip to face off against Bullard at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hudson, they will host Center at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
