Volleyball Game Preview: Mountain View Vikings vs. Rosemead Panthers

Mountain View hasn't had much luck against Rosemead recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Vikings will head out on the road to challenge the Panthers at 3:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Friday, Mountain View didn't have quite enough to beat El Monte and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, Rosemead came up short against San Gabriel on Monday, falling 3-0. The Panthers have struggled against the Matadors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-11, 25-14.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 2-22. As for Rosemead, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.

Mountain View couldn't quite get it done against Rosemead when the teams last played back in September as they fell 3-1. Can the Vikings avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
