Eastern Montgomery has gone a perfect 9-0 against Narrows recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Mustangs will host the Green Waves at 5:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Eastern Montgomery is headed into the contest having not lost since March 24 and will look to keep things rolling. They never let Marion get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory two weeks ago. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Eastern Montgomery's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 46th, while Marion are ranked 175th).

Meanwhile, Narrows' game on Monday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. Everything went their way against Craig County as they made off with a 4-1 win. The victory continues a trend for Narrows in their matchups with Craig County: they've now won six in a row.

Jackson Leighton and Nicholas Thompson scored all four of Narrows' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 33 goals.

Narrows' win bumped their record up to 6-7-2. As for Eastern Montgomery, their victory bumped their record up to 13-1-1.

Eastern Montgomery took their win against Narrows when the teams last played on May 1st by a conclusive 7-0 score. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Green Waves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
