Football Recap: Windsor Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After soaring to 41 points the game before, Windsor was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They lost to the Greensville County Eagles on the road by a 32-13 margin. If the Dukes were looking for revenge after losing 36-12 to the Eagles when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Despite the loss, Windsor still got an impressive performance from Jeremy King, who rushed for 135 yards and one touchdown. With that strong performance, King is now averaging an impressive 102.5 rushing yards per game. Logan Powell also deserves some recognition as he punched in his first rushing touchdown of the season.

Windsor dropped their record down to 6-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Greensville County, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.
