Football Game Preview: JW North Huskies vs. Orange Vista Coyotes + How To Watch

The JW North Huskies will face off against the Orange Vista Coyotes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing isn't great for JW North: they have been struggling with seven straight losses at home dating back to last season, while Orange Vista has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road.

On Thursday, JW North took a blow against Liberty, falling 34-7.

Meanwhile, Orange Vista made easy work of Vista del Lago on Thursday and carried off a 38-14 win. Considering the Coyotes have won three matchups by more than 23 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

JW North better keep an eye on Khalil Abdul-Aziz. He was instrumental in Orange Vista's win, throwing for 379 yards and three TDs while completing 87.1% of his passes, and also punching in one rushing score. Those 379 passing yards gave Abdul-Aziz a new career-high. Orange Vista also got help from Traycee Washington, who showed off his sure hands for 83 receiving yards.

Orange Vista's defense made their presence known, laying out Josiah Dupree-Boyd four times. Reginald Oden was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two sacks himself.

JW North's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Orange Vista, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.
