Basketball Recap: Princeton's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Princeton can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They took down the Independence Patriots 61-43. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Patriots, too.

Princeton now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Independence, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Princeton Tigers face off against the PikeView Panthers at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday. PikeView will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Princeton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Independence, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Greenbrier East at 7:00 p.m. on January 28th.
