Volleyball Recap: Winside Wins Going Away Against Stuart

Winside lost to Stuart back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Broncos with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-19, 25-12.

Among those leading the charge was Jerzi Carlson, who had 14 digs. That's the most digs she has posted over her last seven matchups.

Winside was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. They are 9-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

Winside's victory bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Stuart, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-14 record this season.

Winside will head out to square off against Lyons-Decatur Northeast on Friday. Stuart does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
