Football Game Preview: Antigo Red Robins vs. Mosinee Indians

Antigo is 2-8 against Mosinee since September of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Red Robins will host the Indians at 7:00 p.m.

On Friday, Antigo ended up a good deal behind Lakeland and lost 21-7. While losing is never fun, the Red Robins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 321st, while the Thunderbirds are ranked 150th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mosinee). They claimed a resounding 41-14 win over Rhinelander. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Hodags: they've now won five in a row.

Mosinee's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Antigo, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
