Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Davidson Day). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Covenant Day Lions 76-42. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Patriots with their most commanding win of the season.

When it comes to explaining why Covenant Day lost, don't look at Micah Huffman. Despite the final result, he went 6-for-13 en route to 14 points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Christian Montgomery, who posted seven points and five assists.

Davidson Day's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Covenant Day, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Davidson Day will square off against Oak Hill Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
