Berean Christian is 8-1 against Ygnacio Valley since November of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Eagles will square off against the Wolves at 7:00 p.m. Ygnacio Valley took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Berean Christian, who comes in off a win.

Berean Christian not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since October 19, 2024 (when they won 52-6). They claimed a resounding 49-6 win over Modesto Christian. The Eagles' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Timothy Ng had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 155 yards and one TD on only ten carries. His longest rush was for an incredible 98 yards.

Berean Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. William Plunkett led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself.

Meanwhile, Ygnacio Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 51-8 loss at the hands of Salesian College Preparatory. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 1015th, while the Pride are ranked 305th).

The victory got Berean Christian back to even at 3-3. As for Ygnacio Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

Everything came up roses for Berean Christian against Ygnacio Valley in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 52-6 win. In that game, the Eagles amassed a halftime lead of 26-6, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
