Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Algoma). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Brillion Lions a 15-0 shutout on Saturday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win was the fourth in a row for Algoma, bringing their record up to 7-8. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Brillion, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.

Algoma wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 10-0 win against Sevastopol on the 13th. As for Brillion, they have also already played their next match, a 12-0 victory against Mishicot on the 10th.
