Volleyball Recap: Jacksonville Christian Academy Conquerors vs. Epiphany Falcons
Jacksonville Christian Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They put the hurt on the Epiphany Falcons with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Conquerors not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 8, 2024 (when they won 3-0).
While Jacksonville Christian Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-17, 25-23.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Jacksonville Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Selma Scott, who had seven kills, four digs, and two aces. That's the most aces Scott has posted since back in October of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Abigail Sweet, who had seven digs, six kills, and four aces.
Looking ahead, Jacksonville Christian Academy will take on Varsity Opponent at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Epiphany, they will venture away from home to challenge Cape Fear Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
