Basketball Recap: New Philadelphia Takes a Loss

New Philadelphia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 47-34 to the Lexington Minutemen. The match marked the Quakers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

New Philadelphia now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Lexington, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. New Philadelphia will take on Dover in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lexington, they will head out on the road to square off against Wooster at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
