Basketball Recap: Green Tech's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Green Tech waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders 62-40. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Green Tech's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from U'Mier Graham, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 19 boards. Graham's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 22 points. Another player making a difference was Indavier Barnes, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten assists.

Green Tech's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Monroe-Woodbury, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 9-7.

Coming up, Green Tech will square off against Our Lady of Lourdes at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Our Lady of Lourdes' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last ten matchups. As for Monroe-Woodbury, they will challenge Pine Bush at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
