Volleyball Game Preview: The Meadows School Mustangs vs. Foothill Falcons + How To Watch

The Meadows School Mustangs will venture away from home to face off against the Foothill Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Thursday, The Meadows School didn't have quite enough to beat Pahrump Valley and fell 3-2. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The Meadows School wouldn't go down easily and took Pahrump Valley into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking two-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-22, 21-25, 22-25, 15-13.

Meanwhile, Foothill faced Liberty in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Falcons came up short against the Patriots, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Falcons in their meetings with the Patriots: they've now lost four in a row.

While Foothill was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Liberty's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-16, 25-18.

Foothill's loss dropped their record down to 12-20. As for The Meadows School, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-7.
