Covington Wins Third-Straight Thanks to Cian Moore
Cian Moore was instrumental in extending Covington's winning streak to three on Friday. Moore did his part (and then some), rushing for 189 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 carries for the 'W'. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 166 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Moore must have Attica's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Moore last faced the Red Ramblers back in October of 2023, he rushed for 303 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.2 yards per carry, and also picked up 55 receiving yards.

Eli Foxworthy Delivers Best Performance of Season
Sadly, Eli Foxworthy posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Fountain Central over North Vermillion on Friday. Foxworthy rushed for 162 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 145 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He has become a key player for Fountain Central: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 0-4 otherwise.
For the year, Foxworthy has thrown 10 touchdowns while averaging 99 passing yards per game.
