Volleyball Recap: Soddy Daisy Comes Up Short

The Soddy Daisy Trojans came up short against the Bledsoe County Warriors on Tuesday and fell 2-0.

Gracie Simpson paced Soddy Daisy's offense, picking up seven kills. Simpson got some help from Audra Eubank and her 11 assists.

Soddy Daisy has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season. As for Bledsoe County, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Soddy Daisy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Ooltewah on the 23rd. Bledsoe County has also already played their next game (against South Pittsburg), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
