Basketball Recap: Paramount Takes a Loss

Paramount was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were one points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 52-51 heartbreaker at the hands of the Nogales Nobles.

Paramount's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Nogales, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 2-11 record.

Paramount will challenge Bellflower at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Nogales, they will take on Montclair at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: Montclair has lost five straight at home , while Nogales has lost six on the road (dating back to last season).
