Soccer Recap: Round Rock Takes a Loss

Round Rock managed to keep up with Vista Ridge until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Round Rock Dragons lost 5-0 to the Vista Ridge Rangers. The loss continues a trend for the Dragons in their matchups with the Rangers: they've now lost four in a row.

Round Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Vista Ridge, their victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-1.

Coming up, Round Rock will face off against McNeil at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. McNeil will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Round Rock surely won't give up without a fight. As for Vista Ridge, they will square off against Stony Point at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Vista Ridge is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.
