Windsor Charter Academy extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Emma George. The Firebirds were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Brush Beetdiggers on Tuesday for which the team can thank George, who had 12 digs and seven assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

The victory didn't come easy: Brush scored at least 21 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 27-25, 25-21.

Windsor Charter Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Brush, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Windsor Charter Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Eaton on the 25th. As for Brush, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Strasburg on the 25th.
